Read This First!
We want you to understand what you are applying for, and how Formula
Design works. Formula Design is unique to most companies,
as our contractors
are
part
of a team working together in a process like an in-house design firm.
We have a Project Manager, Art Director, Creative Director, Content
Developer, and programmers who work on Web and multimedia presentations.
Account Representatives
We are looking for Account Representatives with experience in the design industry. Currently, we are looking for candidates willing to work on a commission basis. You will also be paid for managing projects. Here are the basic qualifications:
- You must have a bachelor's degree and 5 years professional
experience.
- You must have at least three references we can contact.
- You must live in the city for which you are applying. We send our
contractors to meet with clients.
- We need people with experience working with clients and budgets. You must know how to estimate and work within the budget you propose.

- Animation: If you are an animator, we require samples that show an understanding of traditional animation techniques. We need both Flash and 3D animators.
- Video: If you are a video director, editor, or motion graphics expert, we need to see samples that show a range of skills. The ability to storyboard is a must.
- You must have a portfolio of work that is either online, or can
be sent to us as either a DVD or VHS tape.
- You must have at least three references we can contact.
- You must be able to estimate and work within a budget.

Our Network Administrators are responsible for maintaining the Formula Design Web site, and setting up client Web sites. Here are the basic qualifications:
- You must have either a Computer Science degree or 4 years of professional
experience.

roles and will be expected to understand how to communicate with
clients and work within deadlines. Most design firms
contract out, but we like
to develop strong and lasting relationships. This translates into
better service for our clients, and more work for you. Here are the
basic qualifications:
- You must have either a design degree or 4 years of professional
design experience.
- You must have a portfolio of work that is either online, or can
be sent in JPEG or PDF formats.
